Alisha was born in Florida on July 14, 1989. Her first movie role was in Murder on Her Mind, an short film from 2008. She pursued acting full-time in the decade of 2010 when she filmed her film debut for 2014's Just Before I Go. She has also appeared in one episode of the television show Criminal Minds, Married and Married. Born on the 7th of October 1986, in Dallas Texas USA which is where she grew up, and was raised by her siblings, parents as well as her cousins. Holland Roden studied from Hockaday School that was a girls' private school for girls. She is a specialist in medicine. Her entire family has studied women's studies and molecular sciences at UCLA. Holland Roden was a pre-med student for several years, when she wanted to become the cardiothoracic surgeon. Later, she decided to go into acting. Other shows such as Major Crimes and Switched at Birth also featured her in single-camera roles. Then, she was Nurse Kelsey for 2 episodes in General Hospital. The year 2017 was the last time she starred in the role of Maia Roberts for the Freeform TV series Shadowhunters. She then starred as a character on the Netflix series Raising Dion.
