I spent months working 12 hour days cleaning floors and tear down wallpaper one child strapped on my back while the other babies were climbing in the playpen. Ha! We were getting closer to completing, however the project was still a way off. The house would need an enormous amount of work as well as a passion to shop. My business was going well but I wanted a rest. I decided to put off working on my antique furniture for a few months and spend time with my children. It was what I wanted. It rang once more after several minutes. They were asking for assistance with interior decorating and home renovations. These people had mostly been to my home during open houses that were held for furniture. The time flew by before I managed a large-scale business for home improvement. The first step was to take clients on one in a manner that I felt at ease with. I'm sure you would have laughed at me had you had said that it would be the foundation of the DIY Network tv series. Even now, when I think about the circumstances and think about it, I laugh.
